But, here, I will be sharing my thoughts and feelings, as authentically as I have ever. In this, you will see my growth, my healing, my journey. You will see some of what's behind the poetry. I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire for my good.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am healthy and as a result, I feel good from the inside out. I am intentional about what I put into my body and how I treat it. I love myself enough to take care of my body and mind. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am the best version of myself. I am happy, content, grounded in life and spirit, no matter what. I feed and nurture my spirit. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am good to myself and those around me. I make time to enjoy the company of others and I enjoy that time immensely. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am a successful manager that leads a productive team that works well together and enjoys the work. I am recognized regionally and nationally for my contributions to the field that I make. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am the best version of myself, not only for myself and my family, but also for my community at large. I work towards constant and tangible connection to and engagement with my communities. I feel good about doing my part to leave the world better than I found it. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I protect my biggest investment by working collaboratively with the people in my home to ensure that we have a well-run home where everyone does their part to keep it neat, clean, organized, safe, and healthy. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am responsible, wise, and resourceful with my money. I earn more than adequate to ensure my financial freedom and my stability in the future. I manage my money with a well-developed budget that is low maintenance. I am grateful. Thank you God. Thank you Universe.

I am grateful because God and the Universe conspire such that I am kind, compassionate, and understanding towards myself. I live and enjoy a balanced life where I give as much to myself as I do to others. I am happy, content, and at peace with myself, my life, and the people in it. I am grateful. Thank you God. The Point of this Blog:

For those times when I just have to write.

For those times when I feel like my experience is not unique and that my thoughts/feelings could benefit others.

For the times when I feel like my authenticity and transparency will make the difference between someone feeling alone and someone feeling seen, heard, understood, and loved.

It will be like me: all over the place. So don't look for a theme beyond being a sincere expression of my thoughts and feelings at the time.
