I AM TANYA BLACKWELL...

...and this is my life.  Today, I take ownership of all that surrounds my existence.  Each day that the good Lord sees fit to fill my lungs with air, I recognize that I have the power to be.  Be what I've always been.  Be what I never thought I could be.  Be what She has designed me to be.  Me.  This is my life.  I am neither victim of nor subject to the actions, choices, and decisions of others.  For whatever effects they have on me are through my own actions, choices, and decisions.  And today, I boldly decide to own my life, I freely choose to live it fully as a demonstration of God's ultimate love, and my actions will speak for the words I have yet spoken.  My past has shaped me, but it does not define me, for at any given moment, I can choose to break free from this mold and cast myself into a new vessel, one that reflects what my inner being has always contained.  I am not limited by time or resources, as I am governed and guided by One of omnipotence.  The collective body of knowledge is at my disposal, and there is nothing beyond my capacity to discover or learn.  I will use my power and knowledge for good and I will not be discouraged or derailed by those who choose to do otherwise.  For that is their life.  But as for me, today is a new day. Today is a blessed day.  Today will be the day that I have always waited for, because I will make it so.  I take nothing and no one for granted; instead my gratitude flows from every thought I have, every word I speak, and every deed I commit.  I am Tanya Blackwell, and this is MY life.
